Membership Application
Membership Note: All Memberships, including Associate but excluding Individual, entitles the member ability to obtain USDBF Group Liability and D&O Insurance. Dual Member (Festival and Team): $450 for organizations who wish to join in both these categories. Only one vote per organization shall be allowed. Festival Member: $300 for race organizers. This membership entitles you to voting privileges on the PDBAUSA Board and eligibility to host PDBAUSA sponsored races and regional championships. Must be a current member in good standing for one year prior to the year in which the event will be held. Team Membership: $300 for clubs or crews who wish to be a decision making part of the PDBAUSA Board of Directors. This membership entitles you voting privileges on the PDBAUSA Board, eligibility in PDBAUSA, USDBF and IDBF sponsored competitions (e.g. Club Crew World Championships, Team USA, US National Championships, Regional Championships/Qualifiers, PDBAUSA Circuit Awards) College Membership: $100 for college clubs or crews who wish to participate with the same privileges as a Team Membership. Individual Membership: $35 for adults and $5 for anyone under the age of 23 (U23). This membership entitles the member eligibility to try-out and participate in Team USA. Associate Membership: $100 for crews who are joining for the first time. Please note that this category is applicable to new members and only for their first year.
